Wouldn't you expect an allegedly fully serviced watch to have a cleaner movement and case back? It looks like the reminents of an old gasket and/or gunk around the case back 😕
I don’t even look at the word serviced in an eBay listing unless the dude has an actual invoice from either an Omega service Center or someone credible. Short of that invoice I assume the watch has been hung over a glass of kerosene for a day or had some oil dabbed on the balance at best.

Now I’m getting flashbacks of that @Archer Panerai that someone dumped a can of it into…

Constellation C-Case 168.027 with coin edge white gold bezel and linen textured dial in nice shape

https://www.ebay.com/itm/165653231851

Bottom end link is wrong for the case. Dial too dirty for my taste, otherwise could be cleaned up to a nice watch. Nothing missing (apart the one endlink) and looks like it's not polished to oblivion.

This is a really nice example of a coin edge white gold bezel C-Case Constellation in steel, tiny stain on the dial just above Swiss made but overall pretty excellent and I’d be having a go at getting that mark off dry if possible. Reference 168.029 Cal 751, excellent case and dial overall.

Another nice C-Case Constellation, very different from the one above but very nice condition also, 168.017 in steel with Cal 561, brick reference 1040 bracelet, smooth bezel and non luminous silver dial with dauphine hands. The edges and bevels on the case are quite sharp as is the bracelet, quite nice.

Well I pulled the trigger on this on an eBay auction last night. Likely over paid for it, but it looks clean and I am excited to wear it at my wedding next month. My first Omega

Really nice, very clean Seamaster DeVille in steel with an excellent dial and hands and 7-row BoR bracelet. It will be popular but it deserves to be as its a superb example.

This one is going off later today, its over a grand now due to the condition and BoR bracelet so definitely one of the higher prices obtained for a Seamaster DeVille but there aren’t many better examples.

I’ve been watching that one. A very nice example and the price is definitely reflecting that! Will be fun to see where it finishes

This hidden crown Connie on bracelet goes off in 14 hours, $560 atm and its not bad, gold capped non piepan dial. Don’t overpay as its not perfect but with a service and new crystal could come up pretty nicely.

I always worry about bidding on items from Japan as I hear customs fees can be a bit high. Is there a good calculator or easier method than pouring through the legalese of the CBP docs?
