A couple of hours left on this “project”. Currently at £155. The dial’s a mess so you might think it’s a basket case. I like the way the seller describes it thus:

“The watch is NOT brand new and will need some looking at.”

Looks like the type of watch someone buys with the intent of restoring as a cheap way into vintage Omega. Unfortunately getting it serviced and repaired won’t be cheap and the dial will still be trash.

One to avoid for me.

Why is this "recommended"?
At the current price it may be of interest to someone. That’s all. Maybe for parts? Nobody’s asking you to bid.

"Watch is not working"...
It’s a vintage watch, you take it to a watchmaker and have it serviced then it works again. Calibre 562 isn’t hard to get running.

This one’s very niche and won’t go cheap but its a Speedmaster LCD in the UK, hot on the heels of the last one that went just over $3000 usd from memory. This one isn’t as perfect condition wise so should go a bit lower but then its also in UK which carries a premium. Curious to watch this one as these are still undervalued for how significant and uncommon they are.

This 18K DeVille is in great condition, definitely worth making an offer to the seller but the opening bid isn’t unreasonable for the condition and case material either.

It says serviced, the movement doesn’t look very healthy though. Just something to consider for anyone who might be tempted.

Yea eBay “just serviced” tends to be a dab of oil on the balance at best

and relisted.

Not enough time IMO for a buyer to flake so very possibly a seller not happy with the final price.
Don’t sellers pay when they do this?
