Nice clean Geneve at the dumpster diving end of the scale too, Cal 565 is a great movement to wear and these have decent WR for the time period and good durability, well worth the opening bid at least:

Good spot, listing said 18K and since it was gold I didn’t look closely enough at the hallmark 👍
Thank you Ash! This is from a Quebec City seller that I lost track of because they keep changing screen names on eBay.
The company must be some large scale estate liquidation company or pawn shop. They always have a large selection of Canadian collectibles, but when they get a cache of vintage watches, some are amazing barn finds. This group is no exception. Many, many Rolex, Omega and the rest of the brands in well used condition. These are not safe queens.
You have to read descriptions very carefully, as his English isn’t the greatest and you can tell they are written in a hurry. Also, you need to be on the lookout for redials and other modifications.
I bought my Universal Uni-Compax from them and was very happy. They had another non-running Uni-Compax in the same auction that sold for more. Go figure.
I saved several auctions in my watchlist for next week. Thanks again!
