What's the gold value from this one? Last year I could have bought a WG C-case for 3k. 15k seems a bit high.
No doubt the ask is too high, but he’s taking offers. Still one hell of a nice watch.

Will he take around half of the asking? Because that is around the market value in open auction, I would say.

Roughly $3K in gold value I'm guessing with that milanese bracelet, at $43 a gram for 18k.

I have a soft spot for Seamaster bumper chronometres.... and this is an early sub seconds one with cal 343.. BIN is on the high side but he has make an offer and about 8 hours left in the auction.... maybe it time to " lets make a deal'? As usual just to be clear I have no relationship with the seller. I am going to bend the rules on this one just a little....Depending on seller and buyer might or might not be a recommended watch. 18k Golden Seamaster on ebay... BUT IT IS MISSING THE BEZEL... see how you can see the crown is partially recessed into the case side? You might be able to have a bezel made ? Love this stainless steel Pie Pan 551 ref 167.005

Wrong crown for a 167.005 and it looks like the movement has some corrosion/pitting (look at the rotor on the lower right). Bidding is already up to $1,350 USD with more than 3 days to go.
