This is a pretty rare watch:

It's 18K white gold, case and bracelet. Possibly the dial also.

Not my thing. A bit too blingly for me, so have at it.

This is one where it looks very expensive at first glance, but go find another.

I had asked the seller, he told me he remembers from buying it that it contains a cal 505 so I'm assuming it's ref 2852. Good luck if you bid.

Still watching it, but won't be bidding - it's too similar to my 2782 and I am not really a huge fan of the 50X Constellations. Hope someone here gets it

Interesting dial on this one. Mid-size, otherwise I'd have bought it.

Here one you don't see every day, or every year:

This is one of the "rare bird" mid-1970's, Japanese market, cal. 1011 Constellations. The vast majority of these have pie-pan dials, like my example.

I've seen maybe three of these with a dome dial in 10 years. All came from Japan, and this eBay listing is no exception.

Desmond wrote an article on these several years ago, and there is a picture of a dome dial inside that I found on a Japanese website.

    http://users.tpg.com.au/mondodec//Last_Omega_Constellation_Pie_Pan.pdf

It is identical to the example above.

Not sure if the price is fair, but you could always make an offer.

    Good luck.

It is and that is noted in the listing.

However, you can get a steel case for it right here:

Dials with gold markers and hand with steel cases were pretty common in the 1950's. That would be a nice look

Might need to knock off a few bucks from the original listing to make it all worthwhile.

Yikes, you're right, I hadn't even noticed that. Thank God I don't have a particularly itchy finger tonight.
