Well the movement is real but not a caliper for a constellation but other parts are fake which makes it both fake and franken. One does not necessarily exclude the other

I LOVE this! What a great dial! I have two concerns though. Does that scratch in the upper right look like its on the crystal or dial? Also, why is the crown red gold, shouldn't it be yellow gold?

Scratch looks like it is in the crystal. Crown looks ok - easy to find a YG version of this crown - if it were RG that would make it more valuable.

Well, if that scratch is not on the dial I must have this! I had a very similar constellation months ago but the dial was very worn and that bothered me a bit so I sold it. That one looks like a keeper though!

Original textured dial plus screwback case make this a connie to pursue.

I will say $1200 will have a chance at winning and $1500 will almost surely do it.

    I wouldn't blame you. That's a very nice dial.

    The listing says...

"This is one of the finest examples I have seen!"
    And I agree.

    Good luck with it,

I'm going to throw one in here:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/261113422601?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network

I like this watch, except I'd never wear it. I know this because I've owned a half dozen vintage divers over the years, including a SWEET blue dialed Aquadive. The purchase is fun but the dew evaporates off the lily quickly so I'm passing it on to you nuts. I even had Mike take a look. It's a nice wearable watch that won't go as high as the premium vintage Omega divers so have at it guys!

That is nice, I agree with Steve, it would make a nice regular wear piece.
