The whole point of this thread was to recommend vintage omegas on ebay worthwhile pursuing. Of course that connie is a solid gold case - otherwise I would not have listed it here.
I guess I have to spend more time here to learn all the nuances. I was just a bit off the mark on the chatter exchange. I have no worries concerning the Ebay Recommendations post. I'll post photos when received. Then it will be off for a much needed service.
Expensive and plain but untouched. At the right price a nice piece for someone looking for an understated vintage omega. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1950-Mint-N...170587446?pt=Wristwatches&hash=item3a7aef0336Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network

thanks for putting this one up, it's kind of odd but I like a lot, even the cheap band! where do you think the too expensive point is? as I will be bidding....and when I really like I have no doubt I can get carried away
Nice early textured dial constellation with a 2652 screwback case and original textured dial. Cal. 354 movement looks to be in nice shape as well. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-195...796891908?pt=Wristwatches&hash=item43b4d86f04Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network

No! terrible Franken watch. Wrong movement Badly finished dial Badly polished case&caseback Bad hands Plus more
ugh? scratching my head here while looking at the pics.... So this one is a fake? and not a franken put together from other watch parts?
