This caught my eye, and though it's a redial, it looks like whoever did it was fairly faithful to the original aesthetic. Also props to the seller for being honest about that, as at first blush I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference.
At a low price, I'd be surprised if absolutely nobody wants it - but then, are redials bad no matter what?

It's been there for a few months already.

It's that bad, huh.... There are redials and there are restorations, and this one strikes me a bit more as the latter, but then I suppose it'd still kill the value.

Just my opinion, but that's a nice-looking watch, honestly described. I think the reason it's been sitting on eBay for so long is the high opening bid----tends to scare people off.

What seems to be a nice Seamaster Chronograph, reference 145.018 with a cal. 861, very similar to my De Ville chronograph with same reference. Has a high Buy it Now price but is accepting offers...

FWIW, the seller is Paul's Watch Repair in Sacramento. I've seen the watch, and it's a beauty. And if he says it's been serviced, it's been serviced.

That's all fine, it's a nice watch or I wouldn't have posted it...the buy it now price is just way too high.

I'm guessing that someone will find this used SM 300 dial to be useful…

Or this NOS one with hands:

I've bought several items from this seller in the last year, taking advantage of their combined shipping as I'm in the States and Seller is in Australia. Always a smooth transaction and very fast int'l shipping.

Dial has been redone, stated so in the ad, major reason why it went low..
