That's a good point. Needs more investigation. I would post a question to the seller on that one. Could be an improper case repair, could be bad flash on the camera. gatorcpa
Yeah. Per the listing as you all now see -- "with leather strap. ORIGINAL RECEIPT is super rare, and the watch and bracelet is in mint condition (the case has been polished and re-plated and fully serviced). Untouched original dial"
Cal. 321 Seamaster. that looks decent for the current price: http://m.ebay.com/itm/Rare-Vintage-Omega-Seamaster-Chronograph-Tachymetre-Circa-1960s-/271988859796Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network gatorcpa
not perfect but accordingly and reasonably priced i think http://www.ebay.com/itm/221896717296?_trksid=p2057872.m2748.l2648&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:ITPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
that went pretty quick! what are these trading for in good shape these days? anyone got a ballpark range?
Typically can get into the 2k+ range with ease for good ones... Rarely see good to pristine pop up but bring high dollars when they do. Per condition this one was fair priced but... It will ALWAYS be bottom dweller example however. Wayne
Thanks Wayne, Are you talking GBP or USD? So safe to say that all original and unpolished might go for $4K usd? cheers, Todd
Nice Seamaster Sparkle 750 http://www.ebay.com/itm/OMEGA-SEAMA...STEEL-WATCH-/311453378379?hash=item488411674bPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Yes I think 4k is conceivable if the watch is nice and original but so few nice rancheros these days or rancheros like the ones actually on eBay, both with poor dials
Nice little Centenary coming down today... Second generation dial. http://www.ebay.com/itm/371444481154?_trksid=p2060353.m1431.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:ITPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Hi Wayne, I had thought it a rough redial, looking especially at the "M" in Omega but cameras can be deceiving. Do you feel it has a good dial?
Confirmed good by Desmond. Can't get any better than that! If you go look at the Centenary pdf on his site, last two examples are identical!! We just rarely see this dial version.
You got that right, Brother! Looks like a 2499 at 33mm to you? Would love a shot of the guts! Jeez, this might close at less than a grand.
