    Oof, that's a smack upside the chops! Now I don't know what to say except never say never. Unfortunately there's just not enough precedent to say one way or the other as these crystals were popular aftermarket additions. It's something I should add to the 'research needed' list.

    The unusually inward placement of the date window on the dial suggests the crystal to be original, as it matches it perfectly.

    Average have been pulling 8k so you could easily say 10k for near NOS/NOS condition. Now is it worth it, another story....
