I threw out another clue on this European statesman in a previous post. This one was unfair of me. I’ve been around long enough that I remember him. Most of you who follow this forum, not so much.

Indeed it is...I have someone in the clink, a radio active warning sign, and daylight saving time (forward setting of timepiece)...this is a good one...needs some time and a mind open to different angles of attack, I do believe.

prison, cell, prisoner, stainless steel toilet (doubt that's part of the equation!), bars perhaps...radioactive, radium, glowing?, warning...daylight savings, spring forward, spring, forward, ahead, golf season starts! (yaaaayy!)....much to work out to come up with a dead European statesman.
