·Indeed it is...I have someone in the clink, a radio active warning sign, and daylight saving time (forward setting of timepiece)...this is a good one...needs some time and a mind open to different angles of attack, I do believe.
prison, cell, prisoner, stainless steel toilet (doubt that's part of the equation!), bars perhaps...radioactive, radium, glowing?, warning...daylight savings, spring forward, spring, forward, ahead, golf season starts! (yaaaayy!)....much to work out to come up with a dead European statesman.
Good stuff, and a great challenge!
