This attachment is actor Ted Danson (I think). I have never watched a show with him on it, so I’m guessing. Is that a rebus, or an answer to a rebus. I am totally confused! And what did Ted Danson have to do with football, anyway.
Ted Danson was an answer
Mr Ted
Cheers, so ted cheers, Ted Danson [Danson was the barkeeper Sam in the TV sitcom Cheers]. My alter ego Norm sat at the end of the bar.....

The actual answer appears to be related to a retired NFL player.

"NFL", to anybody outside the USA (and possibly the Canadian Dominions) is something we may have heard of, but don't follow.

I do vaguely remember Joe Namath though, and that's about it.

@JimInOz, @verithingeoff, and @Engee, please don’t try to explain. Too many fragmented answers to too many rebus puzzles, and I have difficulty trying to sort it all out as to which post pertains to which rebus! Colour my befuddled,

My puzzle was unfair to our international members, so I'll further refine: retired NFL player, was on the Patriots...

Oh, you mean Tedy Bruschi, why didn't I remember him earlier?

Ah the good old colloquialism, I forgot that you guys refer to $1 note as a bill. I had to google Mr B though

Not sure but...

Good stab, but not it. Hint: a famous clothes designer from the 1960-1970's.

In that case... (if I’m right I don’t deserve a star. I’ve never heard of the guy and I cheated using my friendly local Wikipedia).

OK, enough US focussed stuff.

Let's see you get this one. Two pictures - who or what?
