I don’t watch the Simpsons, but isn’t that Bart? So, I see a train (albeit not an inter urban train), and Bart. So it think the SAN Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit system, or BART. Wrong interpretation maybe, but perhaps you see my logic?

That might be a Mikado class locomotive. D’you know where I am leading? The composer names I have in mind don’t mesh with Bart Simpson as a clue.
