@Charlemagne1333 has left it up to the rest of us to check his answer. He’s right! Porfirio Rubirosa is indeed the subject of this rebus.

I wasn’t sure how the fourth image fitted in with the solution, so I had to fill in the blanks.

Maybe one of our more esteemed problem solvers would care to enlighten us?

The fourth image, I googled BIR, and I got a Philippine bureau of internal revenue. Well done, anyway.

Even WITH the answer in mind, I couldn’t arrive at that answer.

TE = to
QUILA = kill a
MOCHA = moc
KING MONGKUT (sp?) = king
EUROPEAN ROLLER BIRD = bird
