@JimInOz has the state correct. The topographical features offered in the 5th clue are not a location directly involved in the answer. While @JimInOz is specific about the location of the picture, it is meant as generic picture of a coastal location in Maine.

Rebus puzzle, then go and dig a hole for my Darlin' so she could plant a hydrangea. Got back and it was done, and while I was digging, I thought "what about a bay called penobscot?".
I should have got onto Google maps and checked all of the bays in Maine 😁.

I would never have got the pregnancy test clue. I was thinking pos/neg. Not having kids, I’m not versed in these things. I’m assuming OB is for obstetrics?
