Yes! Tag team. I have NO idea who the guys are. So many people performed that song.
The picture of the guy on the right couldn’t possibly be Andy Williams! If it is, it sure doesn’t look like him! It can’t be Johnny Mercer, and it certainly isn’t “Ol’ Blue Eyes” himself.

I see a few of you never watched the "Carry On" series of movies. British comedy from the 1950s to 1970s.

I just erased a clue I was going to include, but you’re on your own on this one! 😁 I don’t want to reveal anything that would be instrumental in helping you arrive at an answer, would I? Full marks to @Charlemagne1333 for Sterling Price Holloway. I am not aware as to whether Holloway narrated Winnie the Pooh, or not. But he did narrate Peter and the Wolf which was the classic that I had in mind. After I uploaded that rebus, it occurred to me that the ling cod clue was not necessary. I guess I stuck it in there because I was unsure the .925 clue would translate as sterling with everyone who worked on the rebus.
Yet another Oscar to @Charlemagne1333 .
