But the best entertainment.......at the boat ramp.

Youtube’s full of ‘em.

It’s when you find out that your pick-up truck doesn’t float.

Calculated to be a bit tough. Let’s see if I’m right. The subject is not shown in the clues. It is a human being I’m after. If you show a picture, please also give the name.

Keep trying! If a number of our other “regulars” struggle with it as well over the next day or so, I may leak out a few clues. The clues were put together in hopes you all would find it to be a bit of a challenge!

My feeble brain has come up with ???? so far.

Toucan. Bill.
Beau Bridges. BB?
Spurs. Pair'o'spurs.
Mrs Robinson (Elaine), Graduate, Anne Bancroft.

The first two as I scrolled down hit me as "Bill" and "Beau" I immediately thought it would be Bilbo Baggins, then I saw the spurs and it all went to custard.

@JimInOz ,

You are oh so close on all but one clue! With your hard work, someone is going to scoop you, and answer the rebus. I’ll give you this. The answer includes the name and the nick-name of the subject in question. (The word spur, or spurs is not included in the answer).

So spurs aren't figuring, but they mean something.
Cowboy. Jingling. Rodeo?

Ah, I'm dumb.

Jingle jangle

I'll say it's Bill "Bojangles" Robinson.

AKA Mr Bojangles.

Bingo Bango Bongo! Beau Jangles (Bill Robinson) is indeed the answer. Think of the old western song. I got spurs that jingle JANGLE jingle, as I go ridin’ merrily along. From the 1942 film The Forest Rangers, song written by Kay Kayzer, and covered by many other famous vocalists. Well done!

The definition of a wanker varies, depending on the dictionary. Among the definitions is “one who drives with only one hand on the steering wheel” (ahem), but is otherwise “occupied”. 😁
