You are VERY close! The question is WHO TAKES A WINTER VACATION. The caterpillar is from Alice in Wonderland who smokes a hookah, and blows smoke rings as the says WHO. The photographer TAKES a picture, the ATEAM (minus the TEAM), WINTER, VACATION. Well done! I usually make these quizzes TOO easy. So this one was calculated to be a bit tougher. Full marks!

Thanks. Got all the references and even knew the caterpillar from Alice but just didn't remember him saying "who". Holiday in UK is same as vacation so I'll take that.
