Ganymede is a moon, not ours, but Jupiter. Darth Vader is from the “dark side”. Thereby, the Dark Side of the Moon. An album by Pink Floyd.

Interpret the clues given and you will arrive at a name. None of the individuals in the clues is the answer to the rebus.

Had the good fortune to spend some time with Capt. Sullenberger a few summers ago. A sharp man of quick wit and ample candor. Mrs. Sullenberger is a delightful conversationalist with warm character.

Used to have a desk around the corner from Skiles for a short while too. Says a lot without speaking, but when he does he'll have you in stitches

I’ve gotta give it to ya @Canuck

I was actually thinking of the dark side of our moon, geographically speaking, but your reference to the Pink Floyd album could also be relevant, so well done...

I immediately went to the dark side 😉, but thought "Dark Side of the Moon?".
Too easy, why use a photo of Ganymede, it must be a trap, keep thinking.

I shouldn't try to read too much into these things, or should I?

I'm going to get me a wee dram to cogitate this conondrum.

I have to thank our son for that answer. I stewed over it for several days, and got nowhere. I showed him the rebus, and he gave me the answer in under 5 seconds! But he called Ganymede, the “moon”. It is a moon. Just not our moon. He added the bit about the Pink Floyd album which is not relevant to the answer of the rebus.

There are pictures of the back side of our moon, taken by NASA space craft. I went there. But the back side of our moon doesn’t look anything like Ganymede.

The individual shown in the rebus is not the subject.

I can pick out the four members of The Beatles, but you’re only looking for one person...

John, George, Paul, and Ringo, the Beatles, is correct. My intro to the rebus might have caused you to conclude that I was looking for just one person, bu I have no idea how you might infer that.

Aah, I see
You were asking for (G)ringo, not Charlize

As I said with the clues, “the individual shown in the rebus in not the subject.”
