I got no clue on this one.

On mine, what's the beginning-of-year sorority event? That's the only hint I'm gonna give.

 

I am in awe that nobody has twigged to this one. Couple hints. These guys are not in a title fight. This is a conditioning bout. Note the padded helmets. To give you the word would give the answer away. The second image needs no description. As to the flag. Think U S, (not USA). If you all don’t get it now, there might be one more clue forthcoming, but if I have to give that clue, I’d be answering the puzzle for you. Put your thinking caps on.

Likewise, I am in awe nobody has twigged to this one. Note the blacked out location name on the map of California. Dig out your atlas, and locate the name of the town, add the other clue, and you’ll have it. Sheesh! You’ll be red faced when you twig at this one. I thought it would be a snap! Hop sing, is breakfast ready?

 

I thought for sure the New Years Eve hint would be a dead give away. Ahem! Celebrate safely.
