The archives don't mention the case was locally licensed. Is that the original case?
It looks like it is not the case the watch was built for. The pin for the pin set is longer than the guards so the original case was bigger in diameter. You can see from the oxidation on the pin, it was recased recently.

It is a reference 2554, cal 340, ca 1962. This one is an American market watch.
Many of these are seen with dials marked GRAND PRIZE. I have yet to find another with this exact dial.
