Possible redial?

Hey all! Am considering purchasing a watch off of eBay. It looks like a redial, but honestly I'm not really sure. Some of the indices look like they've been redone, but it could also be dirt/patina or aging that is leading to that effect.

Fuzzy font and minute markers, minutes misaligned with indices, missing lume, seamaster off center. These are the things that stand out to me. I haven't studied Seamasters enough to comment definitively on the fonts (serifs, etc) but they seem incorrect to me at first glance.

Absolutely no offence intended, @jbtb077 , but if you're uncertain if this is a redial I'd suggest reading some more, scrolling through threads here (especially this one: https://omegaforums.net/threads/learn-how-to-fish.52603/ ) and take some time before you start the hunt.
