I'm afraid the photos are too blurry to tell anything for certain.
The fact that they are so blurry (and that even the calibre is concealed in the movement photo) is not encouraging, however; and, at least based on these pictures, something seems to be off about the star
The lugs have been heavily polished. In also looks to me as though the calendar window has an issue. I'd keep looking for someone else.

The date surround also appears to be incorrect.
I'm relatively new to vintage watches and came across this constellation yesterday at a cheap price. I'm expecting a redial but want to make sure. I have looked at some of the guides but I would appreciate your opinions. And apologies these are the best photos I have currently.
Hello there kazd here, I was looking at this constellation and noticed first of all something not right about the star below the constellation word it looks little crooked , and the hands probably not correct other members noticed similar detail but I’m no expert this is only my humble opinion , I’ll include one of my constellation pic here, it’s almost same dial but with lots of patina and no wording of officially certified , so you can compare hope this helps again mho, I’m actually including pics two of my Connies kazd
Your 14902 is a known (less common) dial variation whereas the OPs watch dial is not.
If by crooked you mean slightly rotated, then wonky stars are a very well known issue with Constellations - no-one really knows why they rotate but a common theory is that it is possibly to do with some kind of degradation to the dial finish.
The photos are less than useful but the star on the OPs watch actually looks flat - which would be very wrong.
If you compare the medallion on your 168.005 with the OPs medallion you will also see the variation in the medallion too.
Unfortunately, that is what the counterfeiters are banking on.
If it’s too good to be true, it often is.
Oh absolutely, there’s red flags all over this, though with all the parts it still seems to be at least $550 value to me.
I’d be surprised if the seller was the counterfeiter themselves, worse redials routinely get flogged on eBay for much more.
Fake dial
Fake case
very tired looking movement - with possibly amended calibre?
Not sure there is $500 worth of anything to sell.
