These evenly distributed freckles are on the dial of this doctor's watch, a Heuer Carrera ref 3647 P with pulsation scale and without any lume.
This is another Valjoux cal. 92 Heuer Carrera, a ref. 3647 S, retailed by Casa Masson, which developed a lovely golden tone under South America's sun.
