·Hi OF members,
I am selling this Omega Speedmaster ref. 3590.50.
The watch is not a safe queen and has been worn intensively in the past years.
So for the people looking for a super mint watch, this is not for you.
If you are looking for a very honest watch with the nicest patina you will find, this may be something for you.
The case has all the signs of intensive use. The good thing is that apart from all the scratches and small dents the case seems unpolished. The case-back is in great condition with the engravings still retaining the original black paint.
Dial ( Short S ) and hands have everything a true Speedmaster collector can wish for. The indices have that brown color with a hint of orange and the hands have that old white paint color and grey/green lume color. You can also see the nice shrunken effect of the hands' tritium showing a part of the white paint underneath. Of course all this is original, so no reluming here.
I don't know the service history of the watch but I have been wearing it for several weeks and I can guarantee it's running perfect with a good power reserve. Chrono works perfectly as well.
Serial number: 48.282.xxx
Caliber: Type B3. 861 - 17 jewels
I am selling the watch "head only". I can provide a leather strap.
Price: €3800 ( shipping to discuss )
Payment: Bank transfer or Paypal ( + 4% )
Best regards,
Bernard
