Omega Speedmaster 2998-62 with Faded Blue DON Bezel, Patina, and Extract

Up for grabs is an beautiful vintage Omega Speedmaster 2998-62 with all original (dial, alpha hands, bezel, double bevel caseback, and pushers—from what I can tell) except for service replacement crown. Includes Extract from Omega Archives, which is a nice bonus since Omega stopped issuing these.

Overall a very cohesive looking faded vibe to this piece with creamy patina on the dial, and a bezel that is light blue and grey depending on lighting conditions and is just beautiful in person. Dial reacts to UV and fades. Hands fade more slowly than the dial plots.

Accessories: NATO strap pictured IS NOT included (only used for pics), comes on a 19mm brown leather strap, includes Extract from Omega

Condition: Faded blue/greyDON bezel with wear, Dial has aging spots and wear with light patina, case is thick and likely polished in the past with wear here and there based on age as you can imagine. The case angles are still visible, which is rare for vintage 2998s.

Movement was serviced back in 2020. All chrono functions work correctly.

Shipping: Shipped fully insured 2 day on buyer or F2F in the GTA. I’m based out of Canada but travel to the USA often and can ship when in the country to avoid duty on the buyer.
