My best advice is to sell them both until you get your finances in order.😒

Take advantage of the bubble on Speedsmaster prices while it lasts.
Do you think it will go away? The past 20 years have made a lot of people very wealthy on the financial markets worldwide, with lots of disposable income and willing to pay for something mythical. I know nothing about that Rolex, and as a newbie very little about watche in general-- but isn't the reference that went on the moon the stuff of an enduring myth?

Did you post this same question on Rolex forum?
Hi, no I haven't yet, but would find it interesting...I would bet the Sub would be favoured!

Thank you forum members for your advice and knowledge.. My feeling all along has been to reluctantly sell the.........
Rolex!! (Although this is my favourite of the two, I think the Speedy is a rare beast and i would regret selling this piece..
I will always find another Sub...But a good vintage Speedy 321 are getting harder to find as the years go by..

Haven't commented until now but I'm pleased about your choice! That ref of Speedy is just too good to let go imho!

I'll give you $3,600!

Keep the Speedmaster, as you've said - the watch that went to the moon.

Out of interest how much is the Speedmaster worth and what year is it? I like the look of it.

Speedy stays, Rolex goes. Easy. You can buy a 2008 Rolex at the drop of a hat (well almost) but getting a nice 105.012 is more difficult. 🙄

You've answered your own question in a way. One thing is for sure, in today's crazy Speedmaster market, you will generate a lot more cash if you sell the Speedmaster if raising $$$$ is your priority... especially if you purchased it more than 2 years ago!
But if your heart is talking...The Rolex goes!! And as you can see...There are a lot more buyers than sellers right now...For the Omega that is!

Cheers

Tri-man, saw your post on TRF. Opinion there falls on keeping the Speedmaster. I'd still keep the Sub, but can't argue with the majority of posts on selling it.

Given the relative scarcity of CB cased 321's (in comparison to all the 105.012/145.012's), they're worth more than £5K in good condition. No doubt. Heck, 145.012's in good condition have been selling in that range and the CB is far more interesting IMO.
