This one is wrong for a variety of reasons but what do you guys think of thr pattern behind it? I’ve never seen it before but it does look plausible, a repeating pattern of 3 lines alternating direction.

That shorter middle indices (1,2,4,5,7,8,10,11) could be supporting the pattern as they are unique too, so probably not just a redial stamp

If those short indices also had lume and (3,6,9,12) didn't have lume, maybe the only thing wrong is the bad relume and the bad polish, hands could be correct as well

Does look legit to me. There’s also the swiss made on the dial, albeit barely visible…

This has become a great thread and I have a question; Is there a comparative table of the different fonts used for the "Seamaster" writing?

^Dibs please

Noted but you're not the first one. 😉

KILLER on that strap, my friend!

Thanks man!

Norman Morris knew how to make these watches look special for sure!

I really like that green lizard too, where's it from?

It is from a French boutique called "La Compagnie du Bracelet de Montre".

Does the Jeffersonia dial fit in here?

It sure is attractive!

Thanks for sharing your troves 👍
The below dial looks like my cat fur (not my watch but found on local classifieds for approx. USD 1,800)
For this dial pattern, my friend also had it in the constellation too.
(Reference 168.001 with caliber 561)

As stated by @PlainVanilla regarding the “RADIAL” pattern in first page, “there is a "swirl" version but he has never seen it”.

i had the opportunity to get it.

@PlainVanilla, do you describe this pattern as the “swirl” version?

Wow excellent find! You seem to have a talent for this!

I'm not sure if this is the swirl version to the radial dial specifically, but that's a swirl dial of some sort, and I have never seen that one before!

When the dial makers hand slips during the process and he hopes they won't notice it and completes the dial as is 😁 - joke aside incredible variation if it's authentic, the hands and the crown throws me off a bit
