Is it just the wrong caliber or is there some giveaways (other than searching serial) that I don’t know how to spot yet?

·Also, the jewelled bearings contain no pivots. This is a dummy plate over what is likely a Chinese movement. Compare this dog with a real one which can be seen here:

·Besides many of the inner jewels missing pivots and the balance wheel colour. Take note that newer fakes use a black balance wheel now. Also you can spot the regulator under the balance bridge which Omega does not use as the balance wheel is free sprung. The fakes are not using free sprung balance wheels (yet), and they like to hide the regulator under the balance bridge to trick people, particularly with the 8800 series fake movements.
