I was going to wait for better pictures, but here are the ones provided. The watches here are not mine but belong to my younger sister's mother-in-law. I thought you might get a kick out of seeing her "collection". Not sure which ones are even running, and have not seen them either .... my sister emailed me the pictures and asked me to tell her if there was anything "special" and/or valuable. I didn't think any of the watches were, but i could easily be wrong. They are not going to be sold so I don't want to take them in anywhere.

Hope to get any information you might be able to share. Enjoy the old watches !

Look, you want an valuation service. This is a Collector's site. You look up everything on the Net, go to eBay and try to find the last auction for prices and with that summary you report back here and remaining questions might be answered. Good luck ! Kind regards. Achim

I agree. The OP doesn't ask for an valuation, just if there is anything "special".

I think that there are some cool and unique watches there, but nothing to knock you over like the Antiques Roadshow Rolex worth hundreds of thousands.
These watches are in the hundreds, not thousands of dollars in my opinion. Some may be solid gold, look for a Hallmark, in which case the value is more like one thousand and something dollars.

Unfortunately, I'm not seeing anything really special. I suspect that the first Movado and the Omega Geneve are at least decent quality.

The color scheme on the Geneve is unusual, even for what I'd expect of Omega in the 70s.

I should correct myself, not all are worth hundreds, for example the quartz Raymond Weil with the gold plating worn off has essentially no value.

Put a new blue leather band on that Omega and it would be a looker again.

Am I correct that this Omega has a C case ?

" ......anything " special" and/or valuable....." Your own words. You are here: " Vintage Omegas " There will be Net based sites for Movado and maybe even Raymond Weil. Good Luck ! Kind regards. Achim
