what is with the different fonts between "automatic" and "chronometre"?
Actually, I was confering with Kyle and had asked Mike about it when Steve was bringing the listing up. Mike isn't on-line right now, and Kyle already liked it. After a quick check of the pics in my Photobucket account it was full steam ahead!
I almost wanted to fly up there and slap some sense into you when you sold the first one.
Lightning rarely strikes twice, but it did tonight.
yeah, nice example. it`s the only gold omega, i have. mine has the leaves in the back as well. they came in 2 batches, with and without leaves. congratulations, that is an important piece of omega history ! enjoy. kind regards. achim
Thanks guys!
Achim, does your watch's serial number correspond with 1948? That was Omega's 100th anniversay (centennial) so I think that would be the only time they put the caseback engraving on these.
Wot leaves? Anyone have an example?
Wot leaves?
Except I gotta pass on the XVI, Reverso, and Aqua Terra I was considering.
