US-based customers cannot order online. You need to go through a boutique, or get a pdf copy of the order firm that you can full out and email to Omega.
Or, a US based customer should use a non-US vpn and get them to post it to a non-US based buddy who can then hop it on to them
Now photo's are needed, what do you do if you only have a movement that needs authenticating for date / reference purposes.
8 days after ordering and I got all the extracts, one of them for a CK2998-61 . Cool thing that you can now immediately get the extract in a downloadable PDF format while you wait for the hard copy to come in the mail.
That is an amazing improvement in turn-around time. Maybe they are temporarily stocked up with summer interns?

Same for my Constellation extract, just got notified in record time. Looking forward to seeing if it all tallies with the watch.
Has any one had a new extract with special remarks like before? It appears that they no longer do this
I think I prefer the new extract signed by Petros. Without wishing to brush off the CEO as a mere "document signer", Petros lives and breathes the Omega heritage, and is "the" true custodian of the "Extracts".
Under the section “Delivered to:” i’we seen special remarks of delivery for example to US Military. But haven’t seen any remarks like “Fitted with orange hand”
I'm glad you posted that because I didnt realize there was a difference between an authorized dealer and a boutique store. I will seek out an Omega Boutique to be sure. You saved me some time wasted by heading to an AD and being told they can't do it, so thank you !!
Sorry if this is an obvious question but ordering one through the boutiques wouldn't make a difference in the long wait time as doing it myself online, right?
If you are in the US you cannot order an extract online. You have to go through an OB, or if you can get hold of the form in pdf you can ill it out, scan it and email it to Omega.
