Went to omega boutique opera Paris they confirmed the museum is moving, they were not aware about the interruption of service.

Usually because they did not have the information needed to create an extract.

Has anyone here received with an Extract of the Archives with an error on it? The Extract for my 3572.50 states that it should have an 863 movement, but it definitely has a 1863 in it. The serial number on the movement matches the serial number on the case, extract, and warranty card

I just received an extract I ordered at the Atlanta Boutique in late November 2018.
    So, right around 6 months.

Last batch of extracts (4) I managed to order online on May 3rd right before the shutdown were all ready by May 29th.
I have them all in hand.

Received an e-mail this morning that the extract service has re-opened.
just checked the site and there are some new updates. Now, pictures of the watch are necessary to place the (online) order and No Mo refunds if the info/photos you've submitted does not match Omega's archive info.

I have not found a paper form on US website. Contact nearest Omega Boutique and ask if they can email you form. This is how I ordered my first extract 05/08/19. Hopefully there is an updated form available since they now require pictures for all other countries that can order online.

Don’t forget, this is probably new process for OB too. Atlanta OB was not informed about cutoff date before archives request were shut down in May. Not sure how great communication is on things such as this?

Ordered 9 extracts last week (on re-opening day).
Already received notice that one of them is on its way just 7 days after placing the order. (Seamaster 300).
Hopefully extract turnaround will be faster with the new system, although I've had very fast turnarounds in the past of about a week or so (also on Seamaster 300).

I am trying to get an Extract from the Archives on the Omega website for a newly acquired 145.022-68 Speedmaster. I am running into a problem when I get to the check out. I get to "Check out 1 of 2" after you put in your watches information and attach photos. It asks for your address which I have done, but for shipping options it states: "SORRY, NO QUOTES ARE AVAILABLE FOR THIS ORDER AT THIS TIME" . There is no option for me to proceed with the order after this point. I am a US based customer. Is this not working for US customers at the moment?

    Thank you
