It's a brand new world out there now that they have moved. What used to take many months is now only taking a couple of weeks. Only time will tell if this substantially-reduced turn-around time is the 'new normal'.

·One day after I moaned that it hadn't shown up, it arrived. Well sort of...
Gone is the red folder with the wax seal and the signed A4 certificate.
We now get a small greetings card sized certificate. It's quite underwhelming compared to the previous format.

·I got my PDF notification in about a week (!!), Still waiting for the mailer, but I'm patient. The PDF was helpful (in verifying I have a mismatched caseback ). WTT post coming!

I ordered mine over the phone with an employee I’m friendly with in Chicago exactly a month ago and nothing yet. I called a few days ago and he said he's still waiting on not only mine but one of his own .
I’m just wondering if maybe he placed the order incorrectly.

·Received the extract today. I call it the dwarf extract. I needed to put my glasses on... Not the nice red envelop with the seal. It was just folded like the birthday card I receive every year from my (weird) niece. Well. That's life. Disappointment...
