Thanks. Hmm. I like this version a lot but not a big fan of that case back. Had a similar reaction to the 1948LE, although this version takes up quite a bit less real estate.

I had the same reaction to the 1948 but the olimpic logo looks really nice and I really like it. When I saw the first couple of pictures on line I was a little worry that I would not like it on the case back but I tough that it would be where nobody can really see it so I decided to get the watch. I am glad that I did.

I agree. The Tokyo 2020 Olympics logo isn't nearly as big as it is shown in the commercial so it's a bit deceiving. I think the beautiful front dial more than makes up for having a small decoration on the exhibition caseback.

Congrats on the new watch! Did Omega do anything with the bezel similar to the lume on the JB 007 titanium?

Here are some of my pictures!

That would've been nice but unfortunately, no. Only the dot at the 12 o'clock has lume like other standard SMP variations.

Question for those who have picked it up...are there limited edition markings on the back, or did Omega decide not to LE this version?
It's not LE at the end of the day, even though I am 100% sure it was advertised as Limited to 2020 pieces when first ad was published on omegawatches.com. Some other folks here confirmed that (I mean the fact that Omega announced it as LE at first). But it's good to know it is not LE eventually.

Omega definitely announced it as a LE upon initial announcement. It definitely looks like that Omega is trying to pivot away from LE to SE so they're not bound by a set number. Big sellers get more production while slow sellers get less production.

Filmluvr, any pics of the watch in sunlight? Curious how it compares to my white dial with black bezel. Thanks!
