·Ok, so, regarding the milky ring, he didn't claim that the Speedmaster 3861 now has an updated saphire crystal. Just that the 3861 doesn't have that milky ring he used to see in pictures of the older model. Now it makes sense.

·Apparently, it’s old news that the adjustable clasp would eventually come to the standard Speedmaster. Looks like it’s finally rolling out although I’m sure there is plenty (mostly) “old” stock out there at the moment.

·While it’s not a speedy clasp for reference I just ordered a titanium PO clasp today from swatch and it came in at $457. I’d guess the speedy clasp will be close to the same price.

·Omega has really picked up it's game on the bracelet side.
The 3861 bracelet is miles ahead of the previous 1861 and now the adjustable clasp as a running improvement is next level.

·Need some advice: I got lucky enough to get the call to purchase my snoopy today! Very excited to finally be getting this wonderful piece after 2 years. Now, I was planning to purchase the sapphire sandwhich bracelet, but my dealer said it does not have the flask with the micro adjustments and he is unable to order the clasp yet. I really do like the look of the Snoopy on the bracelet, but am now wondering if I should wait for the bracelet to be updated w/the new clasp or purchase with the current clasp. I guess I can always buy the clasp after the fact for what I'm assuming is likely $200ish, which depending on resale value of the original, may not make much sense on a $680 bracelet. Anyway, appreciate anyones thoughts on this nice problem to have 😀.

This was mentioned earlier at the top of this page. It’s 150CHF for the clasp alone. It is available to order also as a shower are part. The band is not available with the updated clasp already installed yet.

Thanks. I saw the price, just not sure if it's worth ordering after getting the bracelet. Any idea of what the current clasp would resell for? Don't feel like waiting months potentially until they update the bracelet w/clasp on a separate order.
