Either they are not serious about this release, or they are afraid of not meeting the demand due to supply chain restraints.

Or they've been told not to say anything at the moment.

Which would make not too much sense (IMHO) if the release was imminent. Usually companies use such "leaks" like blurry pictures or comments from collectors or press rumors prior to release to create buzz and excitement.

I’ve asked around a few sources I know for more Intel so let’s see - my feeling is they might be able to meet the demand as they did with no time to die. They didn’t stop the demand for that

Dear all,

my dealer at OB Berlin has confirmed that there is coming something on Bond 60 by the last week of November. So things stay interesting...
Interesting! This seems aligned with something else I had heard recently. I'm eager to see what the end of the month might bring. But not so eager, as my bank account is still recovering from the NTTD purchase I made earlier this year. LOL

My OB thought that the NTTD might be phased out after the next Bond watch release, with the new watch taking its place. I wonder if this will happen?

Interesting! Would make a lot of sense to me not having two models aiming at the same target audience cannibalising each other.

Somebody close to monitoring Omega releases tells me it’s all BS… I don’t think they will phase out the NTTD. It’s been a bestseller for them and the WOS group said it really helped them during the pandemic with watch sales. They’ve had multiple Bond watches out before.

Yeah, so No watch
They have marked every anniversary since the 40th including specials for OHMSS and others. It would be a mistake for them not to take advantage. My feeling is seamaster 300 from the 60s.

I really hope you are right! I’d even be happy with a current 300 with the spectre 12hr bezel too and some doc no dots on the case back… that sort of thing…

I’m thinking a Vintage Style would make most sense.

I’m not a die hard 007 fan. I did not buy a SMPc because of that. I do like the fact that Omega is associated with bond. Yet the Bond special Model watchs are just not interesting to me. Omega as a exceptionally great watch is.

I will have to say, Of all the options out there… Goldeneye Seamaster is what I relate to. So hats off to Omega for hitching a wagon to Ian Flemings entertainment.

I see the “Bond” between Omega and that franchise being permanently connected.

Is it normal to release this late in the year? I mean, Christmas is just around the corner I guess.
