This isn’t the Omega mesh but its a close aftermarket so you get the idea.

Who makes this mesh strap if I may ask ?

For some odd reason, I love the gem set one. Not the price, but love the watch.

I still like this piece, but decided to take my name off of the list. Another watch that I was searching for became available to me, and I have to make practical decisions like all of us do.

My long-standing (25 years) Rolex AD (located in Singapore (long story)) came through yesterday with the choice of a Black Explorer II or the SD43. I went with the SD43 as I have a 16710 already and always fancied the model since it was introduced in 2017.

Demand is definitely softening for Rolex, which is why I got the call. I'm there around the holidays to pick it up. This wasn't about $ spent recently; it's lots of small spends and visits over a bunch of years.

Congrats! Nice choice. 👍

Got my Bond 60th yesterday, and the standard bracelet fits pretty well for me - I have fairly slim wrists so I was worried about it given the stories about the NTTD bracelet and some people needing a shorter one. I’m wearing it on the second-smallest hole position.

I don’t agree with the comments about it being blingy - I don’t see it being any more blingy than any other steel watch on a bracelet, and of course it’s the most shiny and sparkly under the bright spotlights of a boutique. It’s perfectly fine under “normal” conditions. I do agree the NTTD is more restrained though, because of the brown dial and slightly darker colour of the titanium.

Congratulations. Totally agree with your comments. Look forward to seeing some pics of your one. Meanwhile, my one says hi!

Nice! Here’s a couple of mine. Looks like you have yours on the current Seamaster link bracelet? Presumably for the Brosnan-era vibes! 😀

Not that I am aware of, they could be.

I'm really surprised this is already in people's hands.

All of the new releases by Omega this year has taken months to actually materialize.

Congratulations to the owners of this watch! Anyone has the time to measure the thickness of the mesh strap please?

My understanding is the boutiques expected them in January but they came in slightly early - I was pinged Dec 23rd. I think the numbers are still very low though, similar situation to Snoopy is my impression.
