Thank you so much, I checked it out and it looks great. However it is a 30mm and I still don't know if the dial size for my case and movement is 30mm or 30.5mm since I did got both sizes as answer to my question. I hope I find out soon! Nevertheless the help is much appreciated.

Omega calls for a 30.5 mm dial on these, as I've stated...

Maybe worth asking seller to remeasure? Either way, good luck with your search.

Great , thanks. By the way Archer is your moniker or are you actually into archery? I have been for the past 10 or 15 years doing mostly traditional archery with recurve, long and Japanese Kyudo bare bows.

I was a competitive archer for nearly 30 years...

Awesome! I have a little shoulder and back problem that has kept me away from the range for a while. Hoping to get back to it in the next few months using a lighter bow around 45# or so.

I tremble to contradict @Archer, but here are some measurements on my 165.023 and 166.023 cases, which I believe are the same case as @166026. The movement aperture is 27.8mm and the platform for seating the crystal is 30.7mm (give or take a tenth or two). Ranfft has the diameter of the 55X and 56X movement at 27.9 and 28.4 at the flange (link). I have two dials for this size case, both of which measure 28.5mm (again, give or take a couple tenths). Could the 30.5mm dial be for the Cosmic 2000, which is a 38mm watch?

For the 166.026 case, on the Omega Extranet I selected a dial, and here is the information given:

DIAL SILV.PINK IND.C.0560 SECOSM
REF : 064TT0814015
APPLIQUE : Stick
BACKGROUND COLOUR : Silver
Caliber : 560
COLLECTION : Seamaster
COLOR TRACES : Black
DIAL DIAMETER : 30.50 MM

You would be contradicting Omega, not me...

Cheers, Al

Thanks Al. Interesting discrepancy; I don't suppose it's possible that the service dial is a bit larger than the original?

Hi, I just messaged @joesoup as well ( thanks for trying by the way). I don't think its a fit. Here are the picture of the case measurements:

Indeed, it looks as if there are different sizes of Cosmic cases, though they really look superficially so similar!

IMHO not worth 700 bucks `cause it has faced moisture in the past as you can see from the formerly polished chrome indexes, calendar frame and Omega logo.
Those are very hard to clean and polish to former glory.

I wanted to jump in with a slight clarification. I've owned my fare share of cosmics in an effort to collect a few nice examples with different dials and the ref. 165.023 and 166.023 cases are not the same as the ref. 166.026. The 166.026 has a slightly larger case and requires Tool 107 to remove the crystal, while the other two cases are smaller and require the Tool 105 for smaller crystals. I am unsure if there is a correct term for the ref. 165.023 and 166.023, but I've seen them often referred to as a "midsize" or "boys" size model.
