The pics are very high contrast and overexposed. If there are any issues with the dial surface they will not be visible there but I see nothing to worry about with the dial originality at least. There could well be bubbles in the lacquer which aren't visible but I don't think it is a redial. The case seems OK but does look a bit soft. You could have done worse.
Some dials did have the marker at 3:00 and others didn't it depends on the dial. Not a bad example, polished but not excessively, dial and crown are correct, better than the majority of dogleg pie-pans for certain.
How much was it?
As @padders has already said, the biggest issue with the pics is that they have been manipulated to make the dial look better than it possibly is. But it doesn't show any obvious signs of being a re-dial. In fact it looks like a pretty nice watch overall. Should wear great on the wrist!
