I purchased this watch from reddit from a well.known seller on there. I just learned that there are redials etc. I wanted the knowledge of the forum to take a look and see if this is possibly one. Thanks all

The pics are very high contrast and overexposed. If there are any issues with the dial surface they will not be visible there but I see nothing to worry about with the dial originality at least. There could well be bubbles in the lacquer which aren't visible but I don't think it is a redial. The case seems OK but does look a bit soft. You could have done worse.

That does feel a reassuring. What would you say about the marker at 3 o clock? Is it missing or did some 168.005 come without it? Also the movement is this

Some dials did have the marker at 3:00 and others didn't it depends on the dial. Not a bad example, polished but not excessively, dial and crown are correct, better than the majority of dogleg pie-pans for certain.

How much was it?

Good to know. I'm fairly new to vintage omegas so I'm still learning.

Inpaid 2450 shipped USD

As @padders has already said, the biggest issue with the pics is that they have been manipulated to make the dial look better than it possibly is. But it doesn't show any obvious signs of being a re-dial. In fact it looks like a pretty nice watch overall. Should wear great on the wrist!

Seller says 100% original but I don't know what to look for but I'll take some pics when I get it
