BLOW UP
·I love the moment just before the hearing when Dan Goodman's character floats in like a bonafide superhero
Edited:
Nice Kubrick-esque feel to the shot with some peripheral wide-angle distortion..
Is it Prestige by Christopher Nolan??
I think The Prestige is one of his best films, he's gone off the boil a little bit lately.. The Robert Oppenheimer movie was probably the best of late, but problematic in many ways and a bit of a missed opportunity in terms of the art (not box office)
Every time I see Christopher Nolan interviewed, he's very eloquent and incredibly knowledgeable, but he really does seem to be morphing in to Tim Nice But Dim (the Harry Enfield character),, has anybody else noticed this??
Repo Man
This gotta be Taxi Driver
