FYI, don’t be quick to dismiss an Expandro bracelet- I have 3 of these and they are one of the most comfortable bracelets made, have an ingenious link system to add/remove links (no tools required-all about finnesse and not brute force), and are the only stretchy bracelet aside of my zodiac rivet stretchy that I will wear.
Highly underrated and undervalued.
I loved the bracelet from its look , haven’t tried yet as the watch didn’t arrived yet. The seller last minute asked me if was ok replacing the same by a new leather strap and I refused as I like the way it looks. Now very Happy to hear that are very confortable

There were two types that looked similar but were slightly different in design which affects how they come apart for link adding/removal. If it's too big, let me know and I can walk you through how to remove the link (once you do it you feel dumb for not figuring it out immediately) if it need another link, whole bracelets pop up on ebay often. These bracelets go back to pilot watches in WWII- the Bonklips get all the attention.

Probably because they did a little research and discovered this thread. 😀

The bracelet likely has some decent value on its own.

Honestly I don’t think that the seller knows about it 😀 , otherwise wouldn’t have sold the watch . It’s a trader

Yeah man! Take that bracelet off and give it a good scrub with a toothbrush and soapy water- will shine right up.

Oh, and if you don’t intend to dismantle the watch and have the case ultrasonically cleaned, a trick I use for “dry cleaning” on non-water proof cases is to use naphtha (lighter fluid) on a paper towel and my fingernail running around the bezels, case back, etc to get the gunk off. It evaporates almost immediately, leaves no residue and is safe on acrylic- all the art conservators I know keep a gallon jug on hand all the time.
You can also use a toothbrush with the naphtha to loosen all the funk and wipe off with a naphtha damp paper towel.

thanks for the advice. What I need now is to find the original Plexiglas , as this one is very high compare to another Movado calendar that I have , any idea how to find the reference of the Plexiglas ? thanks

you can see on the picture the difference on the Plexiglas , the smaller Movado has original Plexiglas I guess and the visibility of the dial is better specially on the calendar -days of the month. I wish to have the small Movado with Breguet numerals but with 36mm like the other one, it's a killer! IMO

Nice. Are you sure your other Movado has plexiglas and not regular glas?
