·For sale is this vintage movado watch.
This triple date moonphase watch (I think it may be classified as an astrograf/celestograf?) features a stainless steel case with a thick gold cap (so not gold plated!!). I believe the gold plating to be rose gold, but I am color blind so please judge for yourself.
The case measures 34,5mm and features unique lug shapes.
The last owner bought the watch in England at the end of the 1970's, and kept the watch until I acquired it a while ago. He mentioned the watch had been serviced a few years ago, though I do not have a receipt. The watch does run fine, and the functions all work well.
This is a rare watch, and several variations were made with different dial layouts, crowns, hands and indices. As such, I am not 100% sure that the crown or seconds hand are original. The price is adjusted to reflect this.
I am based in the Netherlands. Asking price is €1350,- excluding shipping.
