Lipton yellow label tea. Available all over the world. I have been drinking it since I first went away to work 24 years ago. Its not the best tea in the world but I have yet to visit a country where I can't get hold of a box of it. I drink coffee at work but I don't think I really care what kind of coffee it is. If I get take away coffee then my preference is coffee from McDonald's.

The sound the grinder makes wakes you up. If that doesn't, getting 160 degF milk splashed onto your hand should do the trick
