Has anyone had any experience of sourcing this in HK? I'm thinking that the OB/AD here would not like the idea of helping me "mod" my watch.
    Thanks a lot!

Ressurecting this thread after taking delivery of the PO Clasp and fitting it onto my current gen Speedy Pro.

I'm one of the unlucky few who's wrist-size falls into the either slightly too tight or much too loose category when sizing the bracelet for my wrist.

I sourced the clasp and endlinks from someone online and had it switched onto my Speedy's bracelet today by my AD.

When doing my research, I found there weren't many wrist shots of the clasp attached to a Speedy Pro, so I figured I'd add some to this thread in case anyone else is interested.

    First impressions:

-The bracelet with the clasp is noticing heavier. I definitely prefer the wrist feel if the smaller, original clasp.

-Comfort is fine is fine... the clasp is smooth

-Quality about on par with, if not a stitch better, than the Speedy Pro bracelet. Nice click when securing the clasp. Detaches easily when removing.

Feel free to ask any questions. I don't have the reference #'s available, but they've been widely confirmed here and on other forums.

At this stage, given the extra weight, I'm not sure if I'll keep the clasp on year-round, but during humid Ontario summers, I'm thinking this is a winner.

A funny update to provide... I think I may have purchased myself a knock-off rather than a genuine Omega clasp.

I'm going to make a separate post to see if the forum members can confirm my suspicious.

You are probably correct. Have a look at my other post - looks as though Omega produced a newer version of the widely-known clasp.

I believe the clasp should be exactly the same part as for any other watch. But the end links - which attach the clasp to the bracelet - will be different, depending on the model of bracelet that you have. I'm afraid I'm not familiar with those details for your watch. I'd start by investigating which bracelet you have. Good luck with the hunt! I've found that it's been well worth the trouble.

At first I thought the endlinks needed (like the ones used in the OP's pictured bond bracelet) were the 1589's found on the image of the receipt (page1). Then I noticed it was for outfitting a 2254.50, which uses a 930 bracelet. Not compatible with the 1503/825.

What you need are 2x 118ST1515 endlinks, 4x 3307 screws ($5 each), and 2x 0166 pins ($2 each). Hope that helps.

Oh you have saved the day, Thank You.

Now I'm wondering I have two 117STZ001159 clasps 20mm adjustable with divers extension one for my 600m with 20mm end links and the other for my GP GMT which tapers to 18mm so either its to big and I need an 18mm adjustable or it will be fine

    2531.80 SMP bracelet is model # 1503.825
to fit a adjustable clasp like 117STZ001154 for 20mm bracelet.
With divers extension 117STZ001159 for 20mm bracelet.
    or
117STZ003191 007 James Bond adjustable clasp for 20mm bracelet
you need 118ST1515 End links x2
    0128ST0166 Pins x2
    0124ST3307 Screws x4

This information is for future generations that want to make this mod as soon as I get the end links and pins and screws I will do it and verify it here.

No kidding, I had no idea the 1159 w/extension was available. Nuts. I've already purchased a 1154 to install. I'm guessing the Spectre clasp doesn't have an extension.

The only real question I have that doesn't seem to be answered anywhere--what pin do you use between old style links and the newer screw-type endlinks? Just a shortened version of the old pins (fit between screws), or maybe the newer 166 pins with the old tubes removed? Someone must know, because I've counted at least 5 people who've done this mod on older bond bracelets.

I'm ordering the parts today so we will find out. If I need something else we will figure it out and it will get posted here.

Okay, after researching further, the packaged endlinks will each come with a pin and 2x screws, so you don't need ANY additional hardware to connect old links to new endlinks.

Additionally, in your post above, the endlink model is 118ST1515, not 0118ST1515 (makes a difference when they try to order and it pulls up nothing).

So I went to my Omega Boutique today and he fitted the 117STZ001159 on both my PO 600M 45mm and my Good Planet GMT. Perfect fit and he had enough screws to replace all the ones I had screwed up. He had to take a couple links out of each as the clasp is longer then stock and even gave me new screws for the spare links. He ordered the parts and I think he caught on to the fact there is no 0 in that part number. I will call him though. If I end up with extra screws and pins no big deal spares are always good.

He thought the 007 clasp was a good idea and said he would help me figure it out.
