I just bought an older Seamaster Chronograph (2599.80.00). Can I retrofit this clasp onto that bracelet?

I had it shipped to my brother out of state so I didn't have to pay sales tax on it. As soon as I get it back I will post a pic of the bracelet. Thanks!

Finally got the watch back today! I've wanted one of these for a while, and am looking forward to putting it through its paces. Here's a pic of the watch itself, and one of the bracelet/clasp. What do you think - can I put the micro adjust clasp on this bracelet?

If the clasp ends in 20mm then yeah, you can definitely fit the adjustable clasp as long as You have the right end links as well.

Anyone knows if this would fit the 1612/932 on the 2252.50 too?

Yes it would as the end link size towards the clasp of the 2252 is the same size as in the 2254.50. You would need the adjusting clasp, the end links and 4 screws to fit it.

Just bought a 2225.80.00 as in the photo here. It's a bond chronograph, bracelet is 1504.826 which is bond too, but is slightly different to the 1503.825 one for the non-chronograph version. Anyone know if this adjustable clasp will work for it? I'm in the UK.

    Thanks for your thoughts!

    Hi guys,

I would love to be able to fix this on my Speedy too. Just want to make sure that I order the correct clasp and links.
I have the Speedy 311.30.42.30.01.005. Will this fit?

How did I never see this thread before... I'm definitely going to be looking into this clasp--I've been using rubber straps because my wrist size can shift a bit from day to day depending on my exercise patterns. Some days my bracelets would fit, some days they'd slide around--got tired of that fast.

Late reply here, but yes those are the correct parts.

    You can also use

    1 x 117STZ004666

Which is a different smaller clasp, that's the same size as the one currently on the Speedmaster but also has micro-adjustment.

Unless you feel like getting price-gouged, just collect the correct part numbers and purchase from your local AD or OB. I've had no problem ordering parts over the phone for pickup.
