Memento Mori dial pocket watch?

I was browsing ebay and came across this.

Does anyone know anything about these things? It's fair to assume that these are aftermarket dials? I doubt they came from Omega this way?

I have modern omegas that I wear this is more of a thoughtful gift for somebody who I know would appreciate a combination of a vintage pocket watch with Memento Mori sentiments. I just didn't know if it was an old Omega positive watch that someone slapped a new dial on or if there was anything else to it.

Or what it may be worth. I've already received an offer for half off lol.

IMHO it isn’t even worth it at half off. I wouldn’t even gift anything like that except maybe as a “gag” gift. But that’s just me.
