Dial on the Geneve looks too good for a 49 year old watch. Is the seller representing it as original?
This is not really a argument. With every dial (good or bad) due dilligence is needed. Lots of vintage omega's have perfect dials. So if you search the modelnumber 165.070... what do you see?

The Constellation has some condition issues on the markers, and I'm personally not a huge fan of day-date windows, but it's a more desirable reference by far, and the no-reserve auction format is appealing.

With respect to the Geneve, these later references were produced in huge numbers, and the utilitarian case design makes them less appealing to many (https://omegaforums.net/threads/omega-geneve-and-their-collectibility.105399/). In any case, there's no way I'd pay anything close to $900 USD for that watch, regardless of box and papers.
Thanks Dan,
I like it because its birth year and the papers. I noticed some issues also, lume marker missing? Anyway I asked seller for movement and crown pics and his bottom dollar price. A little concerned because hes a watch maker and he included movement pics on some other watches but not this one??

I’m a Connie guy, but this you should lean towards the geneve. You got papers and a better looking watch.

IMO
