I've had to send my beloved Globemaster into a service center on 3 separate occasions during the first year of ownership, for loose/superfluous superlumina specks that dislodged from the hands or hour markers and then clung on to the inside of the crystal. Each time, the OB or the Tourbillon were able ask for a expedited work order, and I received the watch back within 1 week of dropping it off.
