I have worn the Aqua Terra with aftermarket straps and the AT bracelet as well. But the AT strap with deployant buckle is by far the most comfortable and best looking for my Aqua Terra 41mm 8900.

I have yet to find a more versatile and robust daily wearer, than this watch.

Recently picked up an Aqua Terra Railmaster 36mm 2504.52, huge fan so far. Omega's best answer to the Explorer, imo.

Love this reference. You did well because there's not many floating around. May I ask how you found it?

Heh thanks, I'm well aware! I've wanted one for many years but only started seriously tracking this reference to buy for the past year and a bit, waiting for the right one to pop up. This was the first I have seen listed from a reputable dealer in my country, Australia. I found it early by luck, someone else had listed one in the US on eBay a day earlier, which immediately sold - but in the related items, I found this one newly listed less than an hour prior and before any search alert emails would have triggered for it. It was an almost full set (missing chronometer cert and pictogram cards only) and had just returned from a full service plus new bezel from Omega AU, so 2 year warranty. I couldn't pass it up, so I reached out to the dealer directly and negotiated a price off eBay.

They turn up far more often on forums like this one, Watchuseek or r/watchexchange than Chrono24 or eBay. On average once every 2-3 months, but more like once a month most recently. Some sellers are starting to ask $5k+ USD for them and they're still selling reasonably quickly, so I would guess commanding that price is bringing additional sellers out of the woodwork.

Head, shoulders and chest above the Explorer, in my opinion

Been enjoying these for the last 5yrs….. my wife doesn’t have the 38mm 2500 movement AT anymore as she found it too big. She’s got the newer 34mm AT’s with 8520 movement.

Posting my WRUW pic from today here again, since it's the last pic of my AT before I banged it again my car door later this day and added some scratches on the bezel and the bracelet 🙁
